Richard
Agnew has been a practicing Attorney since 1986. His practice has been
concentrated in the areas of Estate Planning, Financial Planning, and Tax Law.
He is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the U.S.
Federal Tax Court.
His educational background includes:

University School of Law.
Mr. Agnew is also a Certified Public Accountant and
Certified Management Accountant. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar
Association, Virginia State Bar Trust and Estate Section, Fairfax Bar, DC Bar,
DC Bar Estate Trust and Probate Law Section, American Bar Association, Virginia
Society of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Management Accountants,
and Estate Planning Council of Prince William County. He is also a charter
member of the American Network of Trust Planning Attorneys.
Besides being a
lawyer, Mr. Agnew spent 32 years in the Air Force as a tactical airlift pilot.
He flew the C-130 Hercules in the regular Air Force and continued to fly the
Hercules with the West Virginia Air National Guard, Martinsburg, West Virginia
while practicing law. He is now retired from the Air Force.
